Wild Ink Studio designs may not be copied, reproduced, traced, recreated, modified, distributed, resold, uploaded to another platform, used to create merchandise, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Wild Ink Studio.
Purchasing a product from Wild Ink Studio provides the customer with ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial rights to the artwork or design appearing on that product.
This also applies to custom designs created by Wild Ink Studio for individuals, businesses, teams, organizations, or groups. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment for a custom product or design does not transfer ownership of Wild Ink Studio's original artwork or grant permission for the design to be reproduced by another company or individual.
School, Team & Third-Party Marks
Certain products may incorporate school names, mascots, logos, team names, trademarks, or other elements owned by third parties. Ownership of those individual marks remains with their respective owners. Wild Ink Studio claims ownership only over the original artwork, arrangement, illustration, layout, and other creative elements created by Wild Ink Studio to the extent permitted by law.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Artwork, logos, photographs, or other materials supplied to Wild Ink Studio by a customer remain the property of their respective owners. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any materials they provide to Wild Ink Studio.
Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized copying or reproduction of Wild Ink Studio artwork is prohibited. This includes using Wild Ink Studio product photos or website images to recreate, trace, digitize, print, sell, or manufacture substantially similar copies of our original designs.
Wild Ink Studio reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its original artwork and intellectual property when unauthorized use is discovered.
